The central feature of Obamacare – getting the uninsured to sign up for health insurance – is due to start on Oct. 1, less than four months away. But both the federal and state governments are behind in their preparations.
So says the General Accounting Office (GAO).

The popularity of Obamacare has crashed to its lowest level in nearly two years, according to a new Kaiser Family Foundation poll.
Kaiser’s monthly tracking poll found that just 35 percent have a favorable view of the health reform being put into place Jan. 1 while 43 percent view it unfavorably. The favorability rating of Obamacare has been worse only once, in October 2011, when it fell to 34 percent.
Kaiser is not an organization that would be expected to create a skewed poll.
